Polycitic Acid (PLA) is susceptible to heat damage! Do not leave your creation in places that are above 100 degrees Farenheight. Risk of warping and deformations in temps over 130 degrees Farenheight. A to Z Prints will not replace an item due to overexposure to heat.

PLA plastic will break if thrown or dropped.

 A to Z Prints is a home business and all creations are made to order.

Due to processing times, staffing, and the nature of 3D printing, delivery times may vary.

Most orders are delivered within 7 days. Contact a2z3dcreations@gmail.com with your order

number to request your order's delivery date or if you have any questions.

All orders are final. No refunds on store purchases.

If item(s) are damaged in shipping, customer must submit photo evidence of specific damage via email to a2z3dcreations@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery, and include their order number. With confirmed proof, customer may receive either an expedited re-print of damaged item(s), or a refund equaling the value of the damage.

*Re-print or Refund of damaged products is at the discretion of A to Z Prints. A to Z Prints does not replace items that have been mishandled by customer. To avoid abuse, A to Z Prints reserves the right to refuse refund/reprint to any customer at any time.
